The morning of my daughter's wedding she asked me to grab a rose for both her mother and soon to be mother in-law. Stopped in here on the way home from other last minute requests. They were great. Very happy with the flowers and will definitely return for others in the future.
I wish I could give Forest of Flowers more than 5 stars. At 4:45 the evening before my dad’s Celebration of Life, we discovered that the florist we had originally ordered and paid for our flowers through had not ordered any of the flowers we had asked for and even forgot about an order. We called Forest of Flowers at the very last minute, just as they were about to close. They listened to what had happened and immediately stepped in to help us. In just over 15 hours, they created the most absolutely stunning arrangements. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen flowers so beautiful. They were more than we could have ever imagined or asked for. Their kindness and compassion went far beyond customer service. They took an incredibly stressful situation and turned it into something beautiful, helping us honour my dad in such a special way. From my mom and our entire family, thank you, Forest of Flowers. We will never forget what you did for us. If I could give you 10 stars, I would!
Very easy to deal with; Denise was really communicative when there was an unexpected hiccup with delivery (not due to any fault of the business) and went out of her way to make sure I was able to pick up the flowers and get them to the intended recipient. The flowers were lovely, fresh and beautifully arranged. I would definitely order from them again.
