I ordered the Deluxe Version of the Pastel Perfection bouquet for my Mother-In-Law’s birthday. She is Korean and doesn’t speak English well. So, my wish was that the gift card that arrives with the flowers could be written out in Korean especially for her. Before ordering, I sent several emails asking a lot of questions, all during the busy Christmas period – I’ll be the first to admit I was probably a bit of a nuisance! Despite this, Forest of Flowers were extremely responsive and accommodating and had no issues at all with preparing the card in Korean for her as requested. The bouquet arrived perfectly on time and is absolutely beautiful. The flowers are fresh, bright, and obviously well-cared for during delivery. It was my first time ordering from this store and I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received. We’re all extremely happy and will definitely be ordering from here again.

A beautiful arrangement of roses, etc arrived today. They were exquisite. So happy to show them off to friends and family. They even sent a card wirh care instructions to add 2 ice cubes between the flowers to melt daily to hydrate the flowers. I would absolutely recommend this flower shop that is reasonably priced for its beauty.
